CYCLING

Navan Road Club: The club are continuing with leisure spins on Thursday evenings at 7pm from the Balreask Arms Bar carpark on the Trim road. The route is flat and will suit all abilities. The distance covered is 30km, cyclists must wear a helmet. Sunday morning leisure spins depart from the Balreask Arms at 10am. Come along and enjoy the cycle
