Guaranteed Irish has announced the four winners of its new nationwide community campaign, ‘Are You in the Guaranteed Irish Club?’, with each member receiving €5,000 for a nominated GAA club, including St. Brigid's GAA in Meath.
The campaign invited Guaranteed Irish member businesses involved with a local GAA club, team or county to showcase the contribution they make to their communities, on and off the pitch.
The winning partnerships are:
National Broadband Ireland — Raheens GAA, Co. Kildare
Ella & Jo — Ballyhaunis LGFA, Co. Mayo
Duggan Veterinary — Holycross Ballycahill GAA, Co. Tipperary
Briody Bedding — St. Brigid’s GAA, Co. Meath
Each winning club received €5,000, bringing the total community investment to €20,000. The clubs also received a personalised jersey for a junior team which was given at an exclusive photocall at Croke Park on Wednesday 9th September.
Speaking at the event, Brid O'Connell CEO of Guaranteed Irish said; ''The initiative recognises Guaranteed Irish member businesses that go beyond their day-to-day operations to support the people and places around them. This year’s campaign celebrates the central role played by GAA clubs in Ireland’s sporting, social and cultural life. The entries were very impressive, and I would like to say thanks to everyone for their entry and support for their local GAA clubs. ''
The importance of community impact is underlined by KPMG research published in 2025, which estimates that Guaranteed Irish member businesses collectively contribute €59.3 million towards social value initiatives each year, demonstrating a deep-rooted and sustained commitment to Irish communities nationwide.
