Dunboyne's CMAT nominated for International Artist of the Year at Brit Awards 2026

Dunboyne's CMAT has been nominated for yet another award, this time for International Artist of the Year Award at the Brit Awards 2026

In 2025 the singer-songwriter had a hectic year of selling out Dublin's 3Arena and playing Glastonbury's iconic Pyramid Stage.

The star also released her third studio album 'EURO-COUNTRY' which was received greatly by fans.

CMAT, or Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson, is nominated alongside other successful female pop acts such as Olivia Dean and Lola Young who have been nominated for five awards each.

The ceremony will feature a significant representation of women and non-binary artists this year, accounting for almost 70% of nominees.

The 46th edition of the ceremony will take place at the Co-Op Live Arena in Manchester on 28th February 2026, marking the first time the awards will be held outside of London.
