Bru na Boinne on National Geographic on Saturday
The new archaeological discoveries in Brú na Bóinne - the passage tomb cemetery at Dowth Hall and the new henges discovered in crop marks near Newgrange - will be covered by a programme on National Geographic HD at 8pm this Saturday, 4th May.
The programme is called “Stonehenge Decoded: Secrets Revealed”. National Geographic were creating a new programme about Stonehenge last summer, but because of the dramatic finds at Brú na Bóinne they decided to include material on Brú na Bóinne into this programme.
