Na Fianna goalie Eoin Reilly recovering

Na Fianna goalkeeper Eoin Reilly is currently recovering from an injury he sustained in the Leinster Club JHC quarter-final against Crookedwood at Trim last Saturday.

Midway through the second-half he sustained an injury when the sliotar got through the faceguard on his helmet and caused an injury aroud the eye area.

The player was assisted from the pitch and received treatment before he was brought to hospital in Dublin.

After he received treatment in Dublin he was discharged, but returned for more attention on Sunday with treatment ongoing.

Na Fianna won the game and will now play Wexford champions Taghmon Camross in the semi-final on Saturday 17th November.

No venue has been fixed yet for that game and it's unlikely that Eoin Reilly will play for Na Fianna against Taghmon who defeated Longford champions  Wolfe Tones on Sunday last.

The game will probably be played in Trim again as there are Meath Primary Schools finals scheduled for Pairc Tailteann on that day.
