Padraig McKeever is set for his first appearance for Meath since the 2014 O'Byrne Cup.

Six changes for Meath

Despite his reservations about playing a strong so close to the start of the NFL Div 2 campaign away to Roscommon on Sunday 28th January, Meath manager Andy McEntee has selected a near full-strength side for Sunday's O'Byrne Cup final clash with Westmeath in Portlaoise, 4pm.
The Meath boss has made six changes from the side that started the dramatic semi-final shootout win over Longford last Sunday with just two players, Conor McGill and Padraig McKeever, who didn't feature at all in that game starting Sunday's final.
Luke Moran, Mickey Burke, Paddy Kennelly, David Toner, Bryan McMahon and Thomas O'Reilly all drop out with Moran and McMahon not making the matchday squad because of injuries. Those six players are replaced by McGill, Shane Glynn, James McEntee, Cillian O'Sullivan, Joey Wallace and McKeever.
