Send a message to Summerhill for Sunday

Summerhill will go into next Sunday's Leinster Club SFC semi-final at Parnell Park in Dublin as complete outsiders against a top class St Vincent's side that will be expecting to make it to the decider without too much difficulty.

The Meath Chronicle has nominated Summerhill as our charity bet this week with Bar One Racing and our €25 wager will be at enhanced odds of 11/2 for the Keegan Cup holders to win over 60 minutes.

Any number of combinations are available from the local Bar One Racing outlets in Navan and Kells.

Laois referee Eddie Kinsella will take charge of the game at Parnell Park and his other officials include Anthony Nolan (Wicklow) and Brendan Cawley (Kildare).

Meath referee David Coldrick will take charge of the other semi-final at O'Moore Park where Portlaoise will tackle Moorefield. The other officials for that game are Cormac Reilly (Meath) and Fergal Smyth (Offaly).

This Saturday night Meath GAA Co Board will host the annual sponsors dinner at the Ardboyne Hotel, Navan where the individual and club awards for 2013 will also be handed out.

The second day of the Meath Primary Schools' finals will take place at Pairc Tailteann from 9.30 on Saturday morning and there are also two u-21 hurling finals scheduled for Trim on Saturday.
