DruidMurphy on tour with two plays

Following a run at Dublin's Gaiety Theatre, Druid continues its nationwide tour with not just one but two plays by Tom Murphy.
DruidMurphy: Conversations on a Homecoming and A Whistle in the Dark return with a string of 5 star reviews and a host of awards, including Best Production from this year’s Irish Times Irish Theatre awards.
Performed by a cast of eleven actors including Marie Mullen, Druid also welcome the return of Maelíosa Stafford who plays the role of Dada in A Whistle in the Dark. He comes to this role having previously played Hugo in Druid’s 1987 production of the same play. The cast also includes Gavin Drea (Love/Hate), Garrett Lombard (Pure Mule, Alexander) Rory Nolan and Marty Rea.
The tour demonstrates Druid’s continued resolve in bringing outstanding world-class theatre to audiences throughout Ireland.
