Paddy Casey in The Palace

One of Ireland's most talent singer songwriters, Paddy Casey, appears in The Palace, Navan, this week. He has been the forefront of the Irish music scene since his debut release 'Amen (So Be It)' in 1999. His second release 'Living' became the biggest seller in Ireland, out-selling U2. In more recent times, Paddy has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with U2 on their Vertigo Tour, has had week long residencies in Dublin's prestigious Olympia Theatre and RDS. He has even been invited onto and performed on the Hit American CBS Chat Show 'The Late Show' with David Letterman. Paddy is currently writing the follow up to his last award winning album, 'Addicted to Company (Part One)', for which he won Best Male at the Meteor Awards in the year it was released. He will be trying out new music throughout the summer in Ireland and Australia. Paddy Casey plays The Palace this coming Friday 18th June, with support from Fiona Melady from Kells. Doors 8.30pm, with Paddy hitting the stage at 9.30pm. Tickets are €15 and are available from Ticketmaster or Music Box, Trimgate Street, Navan.
