Tribute band U2-2 head up the weekend's line-up of entertainment at The Palace.

Weekend of entertainment at The Palace

This June bank holiday at The Palace, Navan sees an array of entertainment, with the headline act, U2 tribute band U2-2 on Friday night 4th June. Weekend music starts on Thursday night with The Arrangements, and on Saturday night, Jaded Sun and old favourites, The Ratzingers, play in the piano bar 'til late into the night. On Sunday, the Buskers play the Sunday sessions, followed by newcomer piano player Ciaran Bernard, finishing up on Monday with the ladies mini-marathon after-party with Norris Stephens and DJ Ollie B late into Tuesday morning. U2-2 were formed by current members in 1993 under the name Achtung Baby, and during the 1990s, quickly became the greatest tribute to U2 in the world. Palace doors open Friday night 10pm, with the gig 10.30pm sharp, and DJ Rory Lynam taking everybody late into the night after the band.
