Boardsmill snatch late Junior B final victory

Boardsmill won the Junior B FC title following a thriller in the curtainraiser at Pairc Tailteann today where a late goal from super-sub Cathal Flattery gave them the verdict against Moynalty by 1-13 to 2-9.
 
Boardsmill were ahead by 0-8 to 0-6 at the interval and Moynalty failed to convert a second-half penalty.
 
David Murtagh scored two goals for Moynalty as they took a 2-9 to 0-11 lead with 10 minutes remaining.
 
However, Flattery's sensational late goal turned the tide in Boardsmill's favour.
