Funeral arrangements for Rita Brady

Funeral details have been published for popular Navan woman, Rita Brady, who died peacefully on Monday.

Rita was well-known for her involvement in athletics and Claremont Stadium.

She is reposing at her home in Simonstown from 3pm to 8pm, today, Tuesday and also Wednesday evening. House private on Thursday morning, with removal to St Oliver's Church, for funeral Mass at 10.30am. Burial afterwards in Saint Mary's Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to Meath Palliative Care.

Rita was wife of the late Patsy and mother to Elizabeth, Ann, Raymond, Colette and Brendan; pre-deceased by her brother Michael Fitzpatrick, Rita is also survived by her sons-in-law Leo, Derek and Joe, daughters-in-law Catriona and Claire brothers Ultan and Gerry; sisters-in-law Bernadette, Nancy, Mary, Josephine and Mary, fourteen grandchildren, great grand daughter, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends.
