St Pat's student to compete at Royal Windsor Horse Show

Second-year student Daniel Callery will be aboard his pony Cruise at Windsor Home Park

A 2nd-year student at St Patrick's Classical School, Daniel Callery, will be competing at this year's Royal Windsor Horse Show. The show which starts on Wednesday, May 1st will attract over 50'000 patrons to Windsor Home Park. Daniel who will be representing Ireland at the event will be riding his pony Cruise (aka Cavan Boy).

Despite Cruise being relatively new to mounted events, the pair have already had some fantastic success and their list of accolades together includes:

Reserve Champion at the MGA 2022 Celtic Pairs in Northern Ireland

Winner of the Team Spirit award 2023 at the UK Bath and West competition

Winner of the Irish Pony Club 2023 O’Meara Cup

Winner of the Irish Pony Club 2023 Charleville Cup

Winner of the Irish Pony Club 2023 Stradbally Cup

Winner of the Irish Pony Club 2023 RDS Dublin Horse Show

Winner of the MGA 2023 Celtic league Teams Republic of Ireland
