Meghan Trainor has cancelled her upcoming tour months after welcoming a baby, saying it is “more than I can take on right now”.

The All About That Bass singer, 32, is married to Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara, and the couple had a third child, via surrogate, in January.

She wrote on her Instagram story: “After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour.

“Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now, and I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time.

“I know this will come as a disappointment to my fans , and I am so sorry to let you down. But I know this is the right decision for my family and me right now.

“I promise I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait for you to hear this new record. I’m so proud of it, and I’m endlessly grateful for your love and support always.”

Trainor first announced the US tour in November 2025, and it was due to kick it off on June 12th in Clarkston, Michigan, with stops at Madison Square Garden in New York and the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

Her new album Toy With Me is due out on April 24th.

The singer, who is already mother to sons Riley, five, and Barry, two, announced the birth of her third child, daughter Mikey Moon, in January.

She wrote on social media: “We are forever grateful to all the doctors, nurses, teams who made this dream possible.

“We had endless conversations with our doctors in this journey and this was the safest way for us to be able to continue growing our family.

“We are over the moon in love with this precious girl. Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name. We are going to enjoy our family time now, love you all.”

Trainor and Sabara became engaged in December 2017 after the actor surprised Trainor with a proposal on her 24th birthday.

They tied the knot the following year.
