Gardai issue update after fatal house fire in Edenderry
Gardai have completed a post-mortem examination into the body of man discovered after the house fire in Edenderry in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The man has been named locally as Christopher 'Crunchie' Holt, granduncle of young Tadhg Farrell, and brother of Mary Holt, who both died in an arson attack in December at the same house in Castleview Park, Edenderry.
Gardai have not released the results of the post-mortem, but it's understood foul play is not suspected.
A file will now be prepared for the Coroner.
It's believed Mr Holt had been living in part of the fire-damaged house in recent times.
