Three people arrested in connection with serious asssault as gardaí seize electronics during 19 searches
Three people, two men in their 30s and a teenage boy, who were arrested on Tuesday in connection with the serious assault of a woman in Clondalkin, Dublin, in November 2025, remain detained this evening.
All three were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after gardaí carried out searches at 19 properties in the Clondalkin and Ballyfermot areas on Tuesday morning.
During the operation, gardaí seized a number of items, including drugs worth an estimated €2,000.
The seized drugs included zopiclone tablets, cannabis herb, cannabis resin and cocaine.
Two e-scooters and 13 electronic devices of evidential value were also seized.
Alexis Campion (40s), the injured woman, continues to recover from her injuries in hospital. Gardaí, through a family liaison officer, keep Campion and her family updated on the ongoing investigation, gardaí said.
Over 100 members of An Garda Síochána, including Serious Crime South Units, Clondalkin, Uniform Gardaí DMR West, DMR West Divisional Search units, Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Armed Support Unit and Garda Dog Unit are involved in this high intensity Policing Operation.
Gardaí continue to appeal to anyone who was in the Oak Downs area of Clondalkin on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025 between 9.30am and 10.20am and/or who may have video footage, including dash cam. Anyone who does has been asked to make their footage available to investigating gardaí.
