From humble beginnings to now a multi award-winning four star venue, the hotel offers dedicated wedding facilities (catering from 50-350) with great outdoor spaces, garden wedding entrance, Georgian style ballroom with both indoor and outdoor bars and reception area fully exclusive to you on your guest wedding day.

For remaining wedding dates available for 2026 (100 guests plus), the family run venue is offering an amazing deal of an all inclusive offer for €9,900 including full hotel package for 100, band and photographer included and if booked at the show the hotel are offering a Second Day Party at the newly renovated courtyard venue!

Last year saw the latest addition to the ever evolving venue with a new garden space dedicated to hosting ceremonies. Reached via a winding garden path, the ‘Secret Garden’ is a beautiful natural space hosting century old eucalyptus tree, original walls and draped in festoon lighting for night time photography.

Also exclusive to the Headfort is the beautifully restored indoor space for civil ceremonies. The ‘Red Chapel’ in the old convent building adjacent to the hotel offers a stunning backdrop for civil and humanist ceremonies. The wedding team have become dedicated ceremony hosts in a new world that now sees approximately three quarters of weddings now getting married on site. The Headfort can host it all in style and grace.

Fully inclusive packages offer both great value as well as ease of planning for the wedding couple and its the Wedding Coordination team who consistently receive rave reviews for their level of care and support to couples not just throughout planning, but also on the day. Also under the Headfort Arms roof are 45 bespoke bedrooms, the Headfort Spa Rooms, Kelltic Bar, Courtyard and Terrace and the award-winning Vanilla Pod Restaurant, offering every amenity required by a wedding party travelling from far or near.
