Gabbriette shares snaps of wild Las Vegas hen-do ahead of Matty Healy wedding

Gabbriette has shared a string of snaps from her Las Vegas hen-do ahead of her wedding to Matty Healy.

The 1975 frontman, 37, is set to marry the American model, 28, next month.

Ahead of their nuptials, Gabbriette, real name Gabriella Leigh Bechtel, has posted photos from her pre-wedding celebrations.

Captioning the post with a diamond ring emoji, the first photo showed the model from the back after she had been handcuffed, while the next saw her posing in a car wearing a vintage white Chanel tweed skirt suit and matching bag and heels.

She did not shy away from sharing some of the cheekier parts of the event, posting a clip of a man dressed as a police officer spanking her on the bottom with a baton before picking her up and carrying her on to a private jet.

In a nod to her future husband, Gabbriette also posed in a hotel room in the Wynn Las Vegas which had been decorated with balloons, including some which spelt out “Mrs Healy”.

Other snaps showed fake 100 dollar bills spread across the floor, her posing with burlesque star Dita Von Teese, dancing with an Elvis impersonator, and wearing a “Bachelorette” sash while on the runway outside the private jet.

Another shared by the model featured a bedazzled bottle of Dom Perignon that read “Gabbriette 2026”, while another bottle was covered in pink diamantes and read “w****”.

One of the final photos also showed a suitcase, feather boa and single platform shoe placed alongside a sign that read: “I survived Gabbriette’s bachelorette Las Vegas 2026.”

Gabbriette is also known for being the lead vocalist and songwriter of the punk rock band Nasty Cherry, which was formed by Charli XCX, whose husband George Daniel is The 1975’s drummer.

Gabbriette and Healy announced their engagement in June 2024 after dating for nine months.

They were first linked months after he split from Taylor Swift, who he dated for a few months in 2023.

Since then, his mother – Loose Women panellist Denise Welch – has shared details of Healy’s love life, commenting on both Swift and Gabbriette.

When appearing on Watch What Happens Live last year, Welch was asked by host Andy Cohen what she thought of Swift’s album The Tortured Poet’s Department, which includes several songs believed to be about her son.

“Obviously, on pain of death can I talk about that episode, but not being her mother-in-law is a role that I’m glad that I lost,” she said.

“Not that I have anything against her at all. It was just, you know, it was tricky. But, listen, you’re not allowed to say anything but then she writes a whole album about it?

“But Matty has taken it all in completely good grace. He’s very happy with his amazing fiancee Gabbriette – who is gorgeous – so we’ve moved on.”

She also later said on Loose Women that Gabbriette was “everything I would want in a daughter-in-law”.

Last month, Welch also revealed details about her son’s upcoming wedding, sharing on the Tom’s Hirschsprung’s Podcast: “Matty gets married in July, which we’re very excited about.”
