NERL Academy ready for Kennedy Cup challenge

NERL Academy are preparing for this year’s prestigious Kennedy Cup tournament, which will take place in the University of Limerick (UL) this summer.

The academy will represent the region in the highly regarded u-14 soccer competition, with 12 clubs from across the county represented within the squad.

The tournament is recognised as one of the biggest underage football events in Ireland and provides young players with the opportunity to compete against top talent from around the country.

Head Coach Ciaran O’Brien has been leading preparations ahead of the competition and is confident the squad will represent the region with pride both on and off the pitch.

Players, coaches, and families are all looking forward to the experience as excitement continues to build ahead of the tournament in Limerick.
