Social Running (0-3k & 3-5k) Starting Monday 2nd March. Have you always wanted to run but didn’t know where to start? Social Running is an ideal way to ease yourself into running and build your fitness gradually as part of a group. Led by experienced club coaches, Social Running is suitable for complete beginners and also those with some running experience. The six-week programme will provide regular training sessions that will help you achieve your goal to jog/run a 3k or 5k.
