Ratoath's Ciaran O Fearaigh and Cian O'Brien seek to close down Gaeil Colmcille's Martin Barrett during the 2020 SFC final.

Ratoath continue winning ways

Playing their usual brand of fast, attacking football Ratoath maintained their unbeaten run in the SFC when they defeated Gaeil Colmcille 1-11 to 1-9 at Skryne last night.

David Brady's side most of the way and built on a 1-5 to 0-3 interval advantage before pushing on to win.

Bobby O'Brien fired home a brilliant goal for Ratoath while Gaeil Colmcille came back strongly in the second-half with Fionn Ferguson netting for them, a super finish from close range.

Both sides had already qualified for the knock-out phase so this was about pride and sustaining their respective winning runs. Ratoath managed to do just that.
