Chelsea Farrell, former Miss Ireland, model and influencer and Paul Carroll, stylist and former winner of the Meath Style Awards are delighted to be our hosts for this year’s event. The event promises to honour the best of the best in business under the umbrella of style and will once again take place in the stunning surroundings of The Headfort Arms Hotel in Kells on Friday September 23rd.

Style Award hosts... Chelsea Farrell and Paul Carroll.

Our amazing sponsors this year are The Headfort Arms Hotel, Preppys, Balance Spa, Ebony, Stiletto, Dental Care Ireland, Yes Boss, Skin and Body Works, June Rayfus Interiors and Meath County Council. For our 10th awards we have introduced three new categories and made some changes to others.

Resilience and Innovation is an award that we have added this year to recognise those businesses and individuals who made necessary changes in order to survive the challenges of the pandemic. Digital Presence is another category that has become more relevant as so many small retailers moved to online shopping at a time when they could not welcome their customers through their doors. Our third new award is Customer Experience. Entries will be judged on: Exemplary attitudes, efforts and dedication to meeting and exceeding all standards. The repeat business that a company enjoys and how they value and encourage customer feedback.

Closing date for entries is August 19th – our judging panel will have a shortlist ready soon after that and Specsavers are hosting an evening for the sponsors and finalists where we will take photographs and short videos that will be shared on social media. When the shortlist is published we then encourage our readers and followers to vote for the finalists in each category.

The judges meet again and they are given the results of the voting. We then select our winners in each category which is kept a secret until the night of the awards! From each category winner we choose an Overall Excellence in Style recipient.
