Plenty of changes for Down finale

With nothing at stake for either side, Meath manager Nick Weir has made 10 changes to his side from the heavy loss at home to Carlow for Sunday's trip to Ballycran to face Down.

Meath are safe from relegation from NHL Div 2A following their second round win over Wicklow, while Offaly's 100 per cent record means they cannot be caught in the race for promotion by Down.

Meath are due to face Down in the opening round of the Joe McDonagh Cup on Saturday 3rd July, and with that game in mind Weir has opted not to show his full hand for the 1pm throw-in on Sunday.

Sean Geraghty, James Kelly, James Toher, Keith Keogan, David Reilly, Daithi McGowan, Alan Douglas, Adam Gannon, Paddy Connelly and Mark O’Sullivan all drop out of the starting 15 with Ger Murphy, Mickey Burke, Ben McGowan, Jack McGowan, Stephen Morris, Ian Bermingham, Callum O’Sullivan, Eamon O Donnachadha, Cian Rogers and Padraig O’Hanrahan all coming into the side.
