Dermot on the double at Leopardstown

Ratoath trainer Dermot McLoughlin completed a double at Leopardstown today for his fourth success in a little over a fortnight.

Lee Valley Legacy and jockey Paddy O'Hanlon won a handicap hurdle and 30 minutes later the trainer was back in the winners' enclosure when he doubled his tally with Turbojet.

Jockey Adam Shortt hnd 11 lengths to spare at the post from the Noel Meade-trained Half The  Odds.

“We'll look for something at Easter time maybe at Fairyhouse," suggested McLoughlin anout Turbojet.

The same owner has a entry with Delvino, second at Navan first time out, in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham next week and also with Santa Rossa in a mares novice hurdle.
