North Meath feel to the Team of the Week

Places in the Feis Cup, Corn na Boinne and Tailteann Cup were up for grabs last weekend with Jimmy Geoghegan casting his eye over Carnaross and St Brigid's in their bid to reach the Tailteann Cup decider.
Carnaross came out on top in stormy conditions in Ballinacree and our man on the ground was suitably impressed by several players from both sides.

There is a strong north Meath representation on this week's Team of the Week and depending on where the line is drawn to divide north and south Meath this week's team could be considered a full north Meath outfit.
As always we rely on the hard working PROs to provide us with information to help pick our team of the week and as some clubs don't supply match reports it is impossible to pick players from their clubs.

Some clubs provide information on both themselves and the opposition, so that is also a great help, but we do need the co-operation of every club PRO to paint a more accurate picture of the Meath Chronicle 'Team of the Week'.
To all PROs out there, please send your match details to sports@meathchronicle.ie
