Irish Water working to restore water supply to customers in Ratoath, Kilbride

Irish Water and Meath County Council are working to restore the water supply in parts of Ratoath, Kilbride and surrounding areas following a major burst on the Curragha-Ratoath watermain. Homes and businesses in the area may be impacted by water outages while the repairs are carried out. 

The areas impacted include; Ratoath; Ashbourne Road; Fairyhouse Road; Kilbride Road; Dunshaughlin Road; Kilbride and surrounding areas.
Crews are working to carry out the repair to the burst as soon as possible. The repair is expected to be completed at 8pm this evening. It may take a number of hours for the water supply to return in full to all impacted properties. 
A traffic management system will be in place for the duration of the urgent works.
