The Athletic Grounds in Armagh.

Trip to Athletic Grounds next up for Fitzgerald's team

The Athletic Grounds in Armagh will be the next stop-off for the Meath hurlers as they seek to claim the Christy Ring Cup.

Manager Nick Fitzgerald will bring his team his team to the home of Armagh GAA to take on Derry in the semi-final on Saturday with a 2pm start.

Meath carved out a 0-23 to 0-19 victory over Roscommon on Saturday in what was a tough contest for them ahead of the visit to the Athletic Grounds.

The Royals will almost certainly be without the services of James Toher who limped off against Roscommon in the second-half after earlier coming on as a substitute.

Clann Na nGael's Eamon O Donnchadha sat out yesterday's game in Athleague but is likely to be in contention for a starting place against Derry who finished second in their group.
