Another good outing for Kevin Toner

Kevin Toner from Ashbourne had a solid outing at the back for St Pat's, but they were surprisingly held to a draw out at Belfield by UCD who were collecting their first point of the season in a 1-1 draw.

James Finnerty had another good outing in the back four for Bohs as they got a point in Waterford in a scoreless draw and go top of the table.

Georgie Poynton made his first start for Waterford after he came on as a sub in Derry on Monday night. Both Meath men collected yellow cards.

Down in Cork Greg Sloggett helped Derry City earn a valuable point (0-0) while Dundalk were held to a draw (0-0) at Tallaght Stadium against Shamrock Rovers.

Gary Rogers kept his first cleansheet of the season while Jamie McGrath also featured and Dylan Hand from Athboy was on the bench.

In the other Premier game Sligo defeated Finn Harps by 1-0.

In the First Division Bray beat LImerick 2-0, Cabinteely shocked Shels 3-2 and Galway beat Wexford, who had a man sent-off for the second week in-a-row, by 4-0.

Tomorrow night Timmy Clancy's Drogheda go to LOngford and the Meath duo of Shane Dunne and Kealan Dillon go to Cobh as Athlone look for another win - to make it three in-a-row.
