Ready for the toss of the coin in game one today

Boyerstown edge out Oristown

The big guns in the Meath Primary Schools Girls Div 4 went head-to-head in the final today at Pairc Tailteann and Boyerstown won.

The last two winners (Oristown and Boyerstown) delivered an exciting contest that was always in the balance.

Oristown were ahead by 1-3 to 1-1 at the interval, but a three-goal Boyerstown salvo proved decisive in the second-half.

Oristown never gave up and also managed a goal in the second-half, but on this occasion it wasn't enough.
