Toner and Leinster to give Scarlets a hot reception

Devin Toner will start in his custormary lock forward position when Leinster face in-form Welsh side the Scarlets in the eagerly-awaited semi-final of the Champions Cup at the Aviva Stadium tomorrow afternoon, 3.30. 

This will be Toner's 214th appearance for Leinster. Last September he made his 200th appearance in the blue jersey when he captained team in a Guinness PRO 14 clash against the Cardiff Blues at the RDS.

The Moynalvey man is the only player in the current squad to win 200 caps  with Leinster. Rob Kearney is next in line with 194 while Isa Nacewa has made 181 appearances for the club. Leinster secured a place in the last four of the Champions Cup when they defeated Saracens 30-19 in the quarter-finals. 

A big boost for Leisnter is the return to action of Rob Henshaw who has been out of action since January. A full house is expected at the Aviva with 47,000 tickets already sold. 

This has already turned out to be a red-letter season for Toner and Henshaw as they helped Ireland to a Six Nations Grand Slam.
