Kilbride's big win in Junior B

KIlbride got their Junior B FC campaign off to a winning start at Dunganny tonight with an impressive 3-16 to 0-3 victory against St Mary's.

As the scoreling suggests, this was a one-sided encounter and the Kilbride players put in a good shift as they established a 0-9 to 0-0 interval lead.

St Mary's worked hard for little reward throughout and made the scoreboard in the second-half with points from substitute Paddy Brady, Blane Croime and James Lynch.

However, Kilbride piled on the misery for the opposition and added goals from Michael Farrell, Joseph Donnelly and substitute Stephen Mc Mullen.
