Louth. The sale is of a complete house contents from No 5 Queen's Street, Warrenpoint, Co Down, on instructions from the owners who are downsizing. Some 700 lots of items in the auction includes a regency mahogany inlaid sideboard fitted with four drawers, wine compartment and brass gallery rail, guiding €500-€600; Victorian mahogany arch top two door bookcase €400 - €500; 18th century carved oak paneled mule chest, €600 -€800; a superb pair of Chinese urns and lids with mounted lions stamped and dated 1895, €600 - € 800; Wm Cairnes & Sons Drogheda Brewery advert mirror, €300 - €400.
