Presented by Mairead Ronan, Ireland’s Fittest Family- All Star Coaches, sees Donncha O’ Callaghan, Davy Fitzgerald, Derval O’ Rourke and Anna Geary as we’ve never seen them before. This special episode features an exclusive look behind the scenes of this year’s final, as well as an extended hanging tough challenge. We find out what our all-star coaches really think of each other, and what their families think of them! We get insight into what drives them to win, and what skills and tricks have helped their families along the way

At Your Service To The Rescue (RTE 1, 9.30pm)
The Brennans are called in to fit out and furnish Ireland’s first purpose-built neighbourhood for people living with dementia. The village of Bruff near Limerick is soon going to be the proud home of Ireland’s first purpose-built community for people living with dementia. Based along the lines of a successful Dutch dementia village, it’s the brainchild of CareBright, a not-for-profit care organisation. They’re aiming to create a retro, yet future-proof, safe environment that will allow people living with dementia to lead as normal a life as possible. Ireland currently has 55,000 people officially diagnosed with dementia.
