Keane still one clear of Smullen

It's as you were before racing at Naas today where challenger Colin Keane had a winner and defending champion Pat Smullen was also on the mark.

Trim jockey Keane was on the mark with McMunigal for boss Ger Lyons in the opener.

Keane's mount was a good winner and moved the Meath man on to 72 winners for the season.

Smullen closed the gap to the minimum when he won the Loughbrown Stakes with Renetti for Willie Mullins to move on to 71 winners.

The flat action continues at Roscommon tomorrow (Monday) and Tipperary on Tuesday (weather permitting).

Keane has three mounts at Roscommon and Smullen has two.
