Meath u-17 footballers face Carlow

Meath u-17 footballers will be in action in the Leinster u-17 Special FC quarter-final next Wednesday evening at Pairc Tailteann when they tackle Carlow for a place in the last four of the provincial competition.

Meath defeated Dublin by 1-15 to 1-10 in the first round two weeks ago.

That reversal sent Dublin down the qualifier route where they defeated Offaly by 3-14 to 0-7 last night at O'Connor Park, Tullamore.

Wexford and Carlow also won qualifiers against Wicklow and Louth this week.
