Sentimental rings returned

A local woman is overjoyed and relieved today at the return of three rings of great sentimental value, which she mislaid while attending a wedding in the Central Navan on Friday.
Emma Farrelly's rings were handed into The Central today, after she shared the appeal on social media.
She was in the Central Bar on Friday night at a wedding that was held in the Ruby Room.
'I was using the toilets just up the stairs from there. I left three rings on the sink in the middle cubicle of the ladies toilet. One of the rings was my grandmother's wedding ring and has huge sentimental value for me. I left them there at 10.45pm and noticed them missinf to 11.40pm.'
She had tried several avenues to get them back and was devastated at their loss.
Emma then turned to social media and shared it on her Facebook page and just before lunchtime on Tuesday, someone handed the rings into the venue.
'I'm so delighted. I want to thank everybody who shared,' she said.
