Stand tickets sold out for Parnell Park clash

However, there are a 'limited' number of terrence tickets available from Centra and SuperValu outlets as well as Jack Kiernan's, Navan.

Meath will go into the game as firm favourites but the Royal County manager Andy McEntee has issued warning against any complacency.

McEntee is instead hoping to have a full panel to pick from in what is his first championship outing as Meath boss.

Louth go into the game having achieved promotion from the NFL Div 3, their second successive promotion, and McEntee has also warned about the Wee County's scoring prowess and their strength in depth.

He is also wary of the fact that Louth have a game behind them already having defeated Wicklow (1-19 to 1-14).

To underline his argument McEntee has also pointed out that in the O'Byrne Cup earlier this year Colin Kelly brought his troops to Pairc Tailteann and carved out a 1-14 to 0-10 win.

Because of the huge interest in this Battle of the Boyne there is sure to be plenty of traffic congestion around Parnell Park with many supporters believing the game should be played at a more accessible venue.
