Keith Clarke on a roll at Dundalk!

Trainer Keith Clarke could be in danger of being branded a 'Dundalk Specialist' after he followed up on last week's win at the Louth track (Poitin) with another success at the venue tonight as jockey Robbie Downey won with Poetic Choice for the Meath trainer.

Previously with Nick Littmoden in Engalnd where two wins were achieved, Poetic Choice had a string of recent placed efforts to her credit at Dundalk for the Phoenix Bloodstock syndicate and prevailed tonight despite making a slow start in the one-mile event.

Poitin was also in action in the final race on the card and had the benefit of Mr KH Clarke on board, but the duo finished down the field as Gordon Elliott's Eshtiaal with Lisa O'Neill on board stormed home.

Lisa O'Neill and Gordon Elliott were repeating a success of 12 months ago in the same race when they won with Knight's Parade which is now campaigning in England and won at Chelmsford City last week.

Tonight, Eshtiaal prevailed by over a length.

Moynalty native Declan McDonogh was on the mark whe Bear Faced got the better of favourite Clear Cut in the four-runner Big Bad Bob Race for trainer Sir Mark Prescott.
