Primary Schools final at Dunganny GAA Centre

There was great excitement last night at the Meath GAA Centre of Excellence at Dunganny where the second series of finals in the Meath Primary Schools deciders took place despite the windy conditions.


In the opening game the girls from Whitecross NS, Julianstown proved too strong for St Stephen's, Navan by 2-7 to 2-1.

The girls from Rathbeggan won the Div 2/3 Shield final with a 5-3 to 2-2 win over St Anne's, Navan.

The boys were also in action with wins for Donacarney against Duleek by 5-5 to 3-2 in the Div 1 Shield final and for Gaelscoil Eanna (see presentation photo) over St Ann'es, Navan in an amazing game on a scoreline of 9-13 to 7-7.

The third and last day of the finals will take place on saturday 28th November instead of this Saturday as originally scheduled.
