Royal county look to start minor campaign on right note

The Meath team to take on Laois in the Leinster MFC at Pairc Tailteann, tomorrow 3.0 has been announced.

Denis O'Shea's Royal County team have enjoyed considerable success against Laois at minor championship level in recent times, carving out victories in 2006 and 2013.

The Meath team is captained by Thomas O'Reilly from Wolfe Tones and includes two players - Ross Ryan and Ronan Jones - who started against Dublin in last year's Leinster MFC quarter-final encounter at Parnell Park, a game the the visitors lost 0-12 to 0-15. 

In all five players from last year has been included in this year's panel - O'Reilly, Ross Ryan, Ronan Ryan, Jones and Padraig McGowan.
