Arrive early on wednesday evening

Meath supporters should allow sufficient time to gain admission to Wednesday night's second round O'Byrne Cup game between Meath and Longford in Navan where the throw in is scheduled for 7.30pm.

This is the advice from Meath PRO Martin O'Halloran who is anticipating a sizeable crowd at the Navan venue where the turnstiles will be open from 6.30pm.

Ticket booths in the Commons Road car park will be the only outlet for tickets and admission will be through the adjacent turnstiles. No other turnstiles will be open.

Meath GAA Co Board officials are anxious to avoid any undue delays for supporters. The same advice will apply for the third round game in Navan on Saturday against DCU, that game is scheduled to start at 7pm.

A number of schools fixtures are also also scheduled over the next few days. See list below. This includes a final for the girls from Loreto, Navan.
