Another title for moynalty
Moynalty added another piece of silverware to their haul this year when they captured the u-21 C FC with a thoroughly deserved 4-8 to 2-6 victory over Ballinlough at Pairc Tailteann today.
This was a fine display by Moynalty with first-half goals from Adrian Maguire, Paddy Farrelly and Paddy Burns helping them to a 3-3 to 0-4 interval advantage.
Ballinlough also had a goalbound effort from Gary Reilly turned around the post in spectacular fashion by Moynalty’s Jonathan Lynch while Paul Lynch added a fourth goal in the second-half.
Ballinlough finished with a flourish that produced goals from Daire Farrelly and Paul Farrelly. Despite the late scores, there was never any danger of a Moynalty fade-out.
