Navan RC members raising funds today at the 24-hour cycle.

Navan Road Club busy organising charity events

Navan Road Club concluded their 24-hour roller cycle in aid of the ARC cancer support centre today and club official Larry Clarke said he was pleased with the support that was forthcoming from the general public over the 24 hours.

Navan Road Club also celebrated a 60th anniversary this year and members have continued to organise fundraising events over the next few weeks.

The 'Cycle for Life’ spins continue on Sunday mornings from Teach na Teamhrach, Navan at 9.30 and Slane at 10.00 and further details are available by contacting Niall at (086) 8426603 or Gerry (086) 2291998.

Next Saturday 14th December the club will host the Peddle 4 Phillipines Roller Cycle at Teach na Teamhrach from 6.00pm - 9.0opm.

On Wednesday 25th December the annual St Vincent de Paul novelty Time - Trial will start from the Ramparts, Navan at 11.00am and on Thursday 26th December the Cycle for Cairde will get underway from the Village Inn, Slane, 11.00am
