Toner retains place

Moynalvey man Devin Toner has retained his place in the Leinster starting 15 for Saturday’s Heineken Cup clash with French side Castres at a sold-out RDS.
Toner started the first round 19-9 win over Ospreys last Saturday and will once again partner Mike McCarthy in the second row in the continued absence of Leo Cullen.
Leinster coach Matt O’Connor has made just one change with prop Martin Moore replacing the injured Mike Ross.
Out-half Jimmy Gopperth retains the number 10 jersey ahead of Ian Madigan, while Brian O’Driscoll has not recovered from a calf strain.
Betteystown’s Niall Ronan escaped Munster coach Rob Penney’s axe when he was named in the team that will face Gloucester in thomond Park on Saturday, 6.0.
Penney opted to change half his pack with four changes in the forwards from the team that slumped to a surprise defeat in Edinburgh last weekend.
Captain Peter O’Mahony returns at number 8 in place of James Coughlan, while Damien Varley, BJ Botha, Donncha O’Callaghan also come into the pack.
Munster make just one change to their backs with the injured Simon Zebo being replaced by Johne Murphy, that means Kells man Denis Hurley has to be content with a role from the bench, but he is likely to see plenty of game time as Munster bid to get their campaign back on track.
