Dunsany horse Moynalvey-bound

Dunsany man Stephen Curran who owns talented chaser Flemenstar has changed the horse's trainer with Moynalvey-based Tony Martin now in the frame for the forthcoming national hunt season.

Flemenstar, an eight-year-old, won three Grade One races with Stamullen handler Peter Casey.

The owner told the Press Association Sport: 'He's going to Tony Martin. Hopefully a move will freshen him up a bit and will be the right thing to do. There's been no falling out, there was never any falling out at all.'

Flemenstar will go to Martin's yeard early next month.

Flemenstar won eight times in 12 starts for Peter Casey and on his last run was  third behind Sprinter Sacre in the Melling Chase at Aintree in April.

It is understood that Ashbourne jockey Andrew Lynch will still be the regular partner of Flemenstar.
