GAA club championship fixtures scheduled

Meath GAA Co Board has set dates for the club football and hurling championship fixtures, but the abandoned SHC game between Trim and Dunboyne does not feature in the schedule.

The schedule is listed below, but the absence of a re-fixture for the Dunboyne v Trim game that was abandoned two minutes into injury-time with Trim leading could suggest that it will not be re-fixed at all.

Meath Co Board would not make any comment on the matter this afternoon although it was confirmed that both clubs have been advised of the decision.

Hurling Championship Round 4 will be played W/E 11th August and Round 5 W/E 25th August.
