Summerhill woman helps Ireland to victory

Summerhill woman Marie Louise Reilly featured for ireland this evening in a superb 15-10 victory over France at Ashbourne.

The Meath woman helped the Ireland women’s rugby team remain on course for their first Gland Slam after defeating France in a Six Nations game at Ashbourne RFC.

There was a big crowd at the Meath venue, with a large contingent of French supporters who were heartened as the visitors enjoyed a 10-5 lead at one stage.

However, the Irish women rallied and took a deserved victory.
