Parkvilla exit FAI Cup

Parkvilla's run in the FAI Intermediate Cup ended today in Dublin when they were beaten (0-3) by top side Bluebell Utd. The defeat brought an end to a great run for the Navan side, but they still have to consolation of a place in the first round of the FAI Senior Cup and the draw for that will be made later this month. Today's game at the Red Cow saw three red cards with parkvilla picking up two and Bluebell also collected one. Full report in the next edition of the Meath Chronicle.
