Meath minors beaten

Meath's brave bid for the All-Ireland MFC title ended in disappointment today at Croke Park when they lost to Dublin by six points, 1-5 to 0-14. Dublin had to work hard for victory and were ahead by 0-7 to 0-2 at the interval.. Fiachra Ward converted a second-half penalty for Meath, but they never looked like troubling the Leinster champions.
