The street in Athboy

Dear sir - I note in last week's edition, Cllr John Farrelly's obvious displeasure (Letters to the Editor) at the appearance of Cllr Shane Cassells in Athboy highlighting the need for NRA funding to resurface the main street, which is in poor condition. Councillors are elected to represent all of the county and not just a pocket of it - hence their title Meath county councillors. So with that in mind, keep up the good work Cllr Cassells.
